I see those tears come gushing to the verge of your eyes, welling up, tipping dangerously over the edge. Energy come crawling under your skin, to the tips of your fingers. Impulses. Urges. And you have a sudden desire to lunge forward into a dash. Your hands shaking uncontrollably, your fingers trembling violently. You run. RUN. Run. Straight towards a wall. And just before you hit, every single strand of energy and emotion channelled and focus upon one spot on your forehead. A crack broke the silence. But you aren't sure if it came from your head, or did the desperation somehow broke out of your heart. And you start to shake and thrust yourself as hard as you can, almost as if you want to knock something out of your deranged system. Something just isn't right. You dig your nails deep into your skin and start pulling and pulling, layers and layers of skin then flesh then blood come out. And yet there isn't any pain at all. You shriek with every last breath you have, summoned from the most hideous part of your deep sorrowful body. And that is when you realised, that you've fallen over the edge. Way before tears tipped over. Before blood crept out. You've already gone over. You continue crying, continue weeping, continue sobbing, until every ounce of energy is gone and you lie back, protected forever.
