*The Grass Will Sing No More*

Two years into TGiS, and it took me that long to realise that Dick and Mary did had sex.

TWO YEARS.

And it's the day of Lit O's.

Wow.

Talk about epiphany.

Some of the conversation lines between Ho, MQ, Esther and me while preparing for the lit paper:

So why wasn't Mary pregnant?

Use of contraceptives because Dick was too poor to provide for his children.
Dick was a "Jonah". His farming was fruitless, his wife was infertile.

In conclusion, we don't pity Mary as much then. Because at least she did not die a virgin.
